To reveal something expressed by the husband to the wife or the wife to the husband while their conjugal relationship is continuing or to present the correspondence between them in such a situation shall be taxed. no
(2) To express such matter or such correspondence except in any case between husband and wife or in connection with any offense committed against such husband or wife, except in any criminal case in which Nepal Government is the plaintiff. Such matter shall not be disclosed or presented until such spouse or wife has consented to such presentation.
